BioAbout me...I graduated from U of M. I don't care about sports but it's fun to make fun of MSU and Ohio State because they're dumb. I listen to NPR. My favorite song is "Take This Waltz" by Leonard Cohen, but Ani's "Untouchable Face" is a close second. However, I'm not above listening to pop music and I'm a lifelong Spice Girls fan and their reunion concert rocked, TYVM. I have a masters in health education and bachelors in linguistics. The real world is depressing, so I tend to read and watch fiction- something escapist and/or funny. I like to laugh, read, cook (especially bake), travel, and watch movies. I don't like to work out but I do it anyway. I swear a lot. I'm open and forgiving but I don't have a lot of patience for ignorant, manipulative, or biggoted people. I recently got a job as a health coach, which means I get to help people overcome tobacco use, obesity, and other health issues... and I get paid!
