less thinking more buying  
I'm having the most half-baked idea ever. I don't know what's gotten into me but I'm all spontaneous all the sudden. But I'm young! I can be spontaneous, right?!
I'm maybe kind of planning a last minute 3-4 day trip to LA to stay with my friend [info]gregoricka and see Chris Pine in a play there (Farragut North). A ticket from Detroit to LA is running just under $300 and the tickets for the play are another $50-$70... but it's not really just about Captain Fine. It's also about me being young and spontaneous!! I need to sleep on it but srsly, I'm thisclose to buying the tickets.

I saw your comment over at chrispinenetwork about going to the play in July and popped over to ask you when you were going... then I saw you were flying out from Detroit. So am I!! :D I think this is my most half-baked idea too. ROFL I got tickets for the July 14 show and am going with my Aunt who lives in LA. I hope you have a fun and safe trip and glad to see I am not the only one who throws caution to the wind! :D

Awesome! Lucky for us, plane tickets are actually quite reasonable right now.
After reading the post over at chrispinenetwork I have to try to meet him now! I'll probably chicken out though. You have a fun and safe trip too!

You're right, they are reasonable! I haven't gotten mine yet as I am trying to decide how long I am going to stay and what's the best deal.

I am sure I will chicken out too but just seeing him in the flesh will be well worth it! :)
