That dress is super cute! For a bra you have a few options...you could try a backless variety where there are little sticky tabs on the side (and the front is a normal strapless bra) or there's a convertible kind where the straps wrap lower on your back. If I remember correctly Fashion Forms is the brand that makes both of these. If you go to Macy's, there usually stored in boxes on a shelf. Hope that helps. :D
